Grounding Sheets
1. Do Grounding Sheets really work?
DS: Research on grounding or earthing does show solid evidence of increasing your overall health through better sleep or lower inflammation or even better blood flow. This research is typically done while a subject is sleeping, but some effects were even measured while subjects were awake.
2. What is a grounding bed sheet?
Earthing sheets are regular bedding sheets with a conductive material woven through them. This conductive material connects to a wire you plug into the grounding port on a standard electrical outlet (it's the third prong; that semi-circular hole beneath the other two prongs).

3. What is the best grounding sheet?
3. How long should you ground each day?
We associate this with the apparent movement of electrons up into the body. In our research, we have “clocked” the speed of this activity. We figure it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to reach sites of pain and inflammation and then begin neutralizing the inflammation.
4. Can you ground with socks on?
Can I wear socks when using an Earthing® mat on the floor? Yes, but direct skin contact is best. Feet naturally sweat and will hydrate socks, making the socks somewhat conductive.
5. How do you clean grounding sheets?
Earthing® sheets can be washed. To wash your fabric earthing sheets simply place in your washing machine on normal cycle and dry in dryer on low. We recommend a mild detergent without any alternative whiteners. Never use bleach or any other oxidizing detergent which can destroy the conductive material.
